Planning your school travel is easy. There are a range of safe transport options to get to our school. Check our location map, driving details and public transport options to help make the journey to school safe and easy.

Drop off and Pick Up Procedures

• If dropping children at the top end of the school, please use the front entrance rather than the staff driveway.
• Hold your child’s hand for any road crossing.
• Avoid bus areas in the morning and afternoon.
• Teachers walk students to the bottom gates at the end of the school day unless other arrangements have been communicated to the teacher. A teacher will supervise students leaving from the top gate.
• Children should arrive at school between 9:00 am and 9:15 am. Supervision is provided from 9:00 am.

Catching public transport

Public transport is a great way to safely get to and from school.

Catching a bus

There are 3 free bus services provided for eligible children.

1. Town & Wallaga (north of school)
2. Town & Cuttagee (south of school)
3. Cobargo (west of school)

All Kinder, Year 1 and 2 are eligible. Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 must live at least 1.6 kms from school.

Parents should contact the appropriate bus service for information on bus times, pick-up stops and other concerns. It is not necessary to contact the school.

For the Town, Wallaga and Cuttagee buses please contact Les Symons 64934 871.

Children are supervised onto buses after school.

Driving and parking

The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools.

When driving and parking near our school, please:

• ensure you park safely in school zones
• follow speed signs
• do not make U-turns or 3-point turns outside the school.
